Situation

Traditional social and contact-sharing experiences could be fragmented across physical cards, messaging platforms, and contact management tools. CardFly was created to explore a digital-first approach to social connection and contact sharing through a SaaS/web and mobile product.

As a startup product, the challenge extended beyond engineering: the product needed to move from an initial idea through research, design, development, launch, user-facing operation, and continuous improvement with a very small team.

Task

Create and launch a SaaS and mobile product focused on digital social connection, providing users with a card-style digital experience and contact-source functionality that could support CRM-related use cases.
