POD Working Space — Co-Working Space Management Platform

Situation

The client managed day-to-day working-space operations through business processes that needed to be transformed into structured digital workflows. The key challenge was translating the client’s business ideas and operational requirements into a reliable software system while working directly with a non-technical client.

The system needed to support staff and members while reducing manual administrative work through automated processing, structured data, role-based access, notifications, and resource lifecycle management.

Task

Build a centralized co-working space management and operations system that automates daily business processes, membership management, resource booking, and operational workflows for POD Working Space.

Solution

Designed and delivered a 0→1 co-working space management platform using a decoupled Vue.js Single Page Application and Laravel REST API backend.
