The platform depended on automated data collection and synchronization across multiple external job sources and ATS platforms. Key challenges included:

Maintain and enhance a recruiting technology platform combining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a centralized job portal aggregation system. The platform supported recruiters, employers, job seekers, and integrations with external ATS/job sources by collecting, synchronizing, and managing job-market data across multiple systems.
