Situation

The project involved multiple development tracks and technology components that needed to work together. Key challenges included:

Task

Develop a real-time social and streaming platform supporting social interaction and live-streaming workflows for general users and content creators. The project required coordination between web and mobile development tracks while translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and maintaining alignment between product requirements and technical implementation.

Solution

Supported development of a real-time social and streaming platform using PHP/Laravel for backend services and Wowza Streaming Engine for real-time media streaming. The solution combined:

• Laravel backend services.
• MySQL data storage.
• Web frontend technologies.
• Real-time communication components.
• Wowza Streaming Engine for video/audio streaming.
• Azure infrastructure.
• Cross-team coordination between web and mobile development.

The development process connected BA requirements with backend implementation and coordinated technical work across the team.
